By accessing and using AI Connect, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using AI Connect. --- ### 1. **Definitions** - **User**, **You** refers to the individual or entity accessing and using AI Connect. - **AI Connect**, **We**, **Our** refers to the service provided by **ERIC SANTOS LLC** and, for EU/EEA customers, by **Eric Santos Unipessoal Lda**. - **Sarah AI** is an AI assistant component of AI Connect that interacts across platforms and provides responses using artificial intelligence. - **Content** refers to any information, data, text, images, videos, or other materials available through AI Connect. - **Associated Platforms** includes, but is not limited to, Slack, WhatsApp, **Connect Chat (https://connectchat.ai)**, and any client‑integrated widget provided by AI Connect. - **Connect Chat** refers to a conversational AI platform and related services provided at [https://connectchat.ai](https://connectchat.ai), which integrates and extends AI Connect’s functionalities for enterprise clients. - **Products** refers collectively to all applications, platforms, and services offered under AI Connect, including Connect Chat and future solutions. --- ### 2. **Acceptance of Terms** By using any AI Connect product or platform, including Connect Chat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, and any additional guidelines provided by AI Connect. --- ### 3. **Use of AI Connect** - **Scope**: AI Connect encompasses a suite of services and products, including but not limited to the Connect Chat platform (https://connectchat.ai). The use of Connect Chat or any other AI Connect product is fully governed by these Terms and Conditions. 1. **Access**: You are granted non‑exclusive, non‑transferable access to use AI Connect for personal or business purposes. 2. **Restrictions**: You agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, display, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information or content obtained from AI Connect without explicit written permission. 3. **User Conduct**: You agree to use AI Connect responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt AI Connect or its users. 4. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Statements made by Sarah AI on topics unrelated to the business, products, services, and culture of AI Connect do not reflect the official view of the company. Furthermore, Sarah AI may contain errors or inaccuracies. - When tailored by AI Connect clients, Sarah AI can express and represent the official viewpoint of that specific client concerning the topics it's trained on. However, AI Connect is not responsible for the content and nature of the responses generated by Sarah AI in such scenarios. - Sarah AI in AI Connect products is primarily intended for entertainment and information purposes and shouldn't be utilized for crucial decisions, professional advice, or any illegal or dangerous activities. - While operating on AI Connect's website, Connect Chat, WhatsApp and email, Sarah AI may collect personal data and information exchanged in messages. However, when integrated into AI Connect client products, Sarah AI might focus solely on general operation statistics without collecting personal data. - Sarah AI can access other AI Connect features to offer more relevant responses to users, and users can control this access through settings. Imaginative content produced by Sarah AI, from poems and stories to codes and essays, is based on user requests but isn't guaranteed to be original or of high quality. --- ### 7. **Disclaimer of Warranty** AI Connect, including Connect Chat, is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI Connect or any of its products for any purpose. --- ### 8. **Limitation of Liability** Under no circumstances shall AI Connect or **ERIC SANTOS LLC** be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of AI Connect or Connect Chat. --- ### 9. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, **without prejudice to any mandatory consumer‑protection laws of the European Union that may apply to Users located in the EU/EEA**. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, USA. --- ### 10. **Changes to the Terms** AI Connect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice at least 30 days in advance before the new clauses take effect.
